Join us for Portland’s first BIPOC Book Fair, an event dedicated to fostering a love for reading and literature in all kids and teens.

Come explore a room FULL of books from popular genres including mystery, adventure, science fiction, fantasy, humor, graphic novels, contemporary, romance, non-fiction, and more. You’ll find books for every age from 3 to 17 and every reading level: Picture Books, Early Readers, Chapter Books, Middle Grade, Graphic Novels, and Young Adult. No matter what they’re into, your kids are sure to find a book even the most reluctant readers will love.

The best part?

Every child attending the fair will receive one free book* of their choosing!

What better way to encourage a lifelong passion for reading?

All the books available at the BIPOC Book Fair are written by Black, Indigenous/Native, Asian, Latine, Middle Eastern, and other authors of color, featuring characters of color. ALL children of ALL backgrounds are welcome at the Fair. No matter their identity, kids will find stories that resonate with them.
